This Warranty applies to Barreled Rum products supplied by R&I Consulting LLC, doing business as Distilling Tech/Reliance.
Compliance with TTB Standards: We guarantee that our Barreled Rum products strictly comply with the product Class and Type specifications as set forth by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). This commitment ensures our products meet federal standards for identity, purity, and legality.
Quality Assurance: We assure that our Barreled Rum products will be of the highest quality at the time of sale, aligned with the specifications detailed in our product descriptions and labels.
Warranty Period: This warranty is effective for five (5) days from the date of delivery. During this period, any deviations from TTB Class and Type standards or any quality defects under normal usage conditions will be addressed by R&I Consulting, doing business as Distilling Tech/Reliance.
Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover problems caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorized alterations, or accidental damage. It also does not cover the evaporation of the product before or after delivery. Our liability under this warranty is limited to either replacing the product or refunding the purchase price, at the discretion of R&I Consulting LLC, doing business as Distilling Tech.
Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase and inform R&I Consulting LLC, doing business as Distilling Tech, within the warranty period, specifying the issue. R&I Consulting LLC will then assess the claim's validity and take appropriate measures.
