This Warranty applies to Rum products supplied by R&I Consulting LLC, trading as Distilling Tech/Reliance.
Compliance with TTB Standards: We guarantee that our Rum products strictly adhere to the product Class and Type specifications as established by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). This commitment ensures our products meet federal standards for identity, purity, and legality.
Quality Assurance: We assure that our Rum products will be of the highest quality at the time of sale, in line with the specifications provided in our product descriptions and labels.
Warranty Period: This warranty is effective for Five (5) days from the date of delivery. During this time, any discrepancies with TTB Class and Type standards or any quality defects under normal use conditions will be rectified by R&I Consulting, trading as Distilling Tech/Reliance.
Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover any problems caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorized alterations, or accidental damage. It also does not cover evaporation of the product before or after receipt. Our liability under this warranty is limited to either replacing the product or refunding the purchase price, at the discretion of R&I Consulting LLC, trading as Distilling Tech.
Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase and notify R&I Consulting LLC, trading as Distilling Tech, within the warranty period, describing the specific issue. R&I Consulting LLC will then assess the validity of the claim and take appropriate action.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
