Warranty for Unaged Single Malt Whiskey in a 270-Gallon Poly Tote. This Warranty is provided by R&I Consulting LLC, trading as Distilling Tech/Reliance, for its Unaged Single Malt Whiskey products.
Compliance with TTB Standards: We assure that our Unaged Single Malt Whiskey, packaged in 270-gallon Poly Totes, fully complies with the Class and Type specifications set by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). This compliance ensures that our whiskey meets federal standards for identity, purity, and legality.
Quality Assurance: We guarantee that our Unaged Single Malt Whiskey will be of the highest quality at the time of sale, aligning with the specifications provided in our product descriptions and labels.
Warranty Period: This warranty remains valid for Five (5) days from the delivery date. Any discrepancies with TTB Class and Type standards or defects in quality under normal conditions within this period will be addressed by R&I Consulting, doing business as Distilling Tech/Reliance.
Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not extend to problems caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorized alterations, or accidental damage. It also does not cover natural evaporation of the product before or after receipt. Under this warranty, our liability is limited to either replacing the product or refunding the purchase price, at the discretion of R&I Consulting LLC, doing business as Distilling Tech.
Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase and notify R&I Consulting LLC, doing business as Distilling Tech, within the warranty period, detailing the specific issue. We will then assess the validity of the claim and respond accordingly.
